New York State Association for Reduction, Reuse and Recycling Leadership Awards

Nominations now closed.  Nomination period opens July-August annually.

We all know people, businesses, and organizations, including not for profits, industry or community groups, and educational and government institutions who have labored tirelessly on waste prevention, reduction, reuse, recycling and composting innovations and initiatives in New York State that deserve recognition. In addition, we are aware of public education and outreach campaigns for these innovations and initiatives that should be held up as models of excellence. Please put these achievements into words and complete a brief application to nominate a person, entity or project deserving such recognition.

Nominees do not have to be a NYSAR3 member. The applications will be reviewed by NYSAR3's Awards Committee. All categories may not be awarded, and categories may be changed at the discretion of the Awards Committee.

There is no limit to the number of programs or individuals you may nominate, but please submit a separate application for each individual, group, or project that you consider worthy of recognition.
