CALL FOR ABSTRACTS

What is your idea for a great session at the conference?

The New York State Association for Reduction, Reuse, and Recycling (NYSAR3), would like to invite the Sustainable Materials Management community to submit an abstract for a full session at the Annual Conference taking place November 14-16 in Cooperstown, NY. All session formats are accepted, including panels, round tables, training or break-out sessions- the more creative the better! 

Topics can range from Reduction, Reuse, Recycling, Organics Recycling, End Markets, New Technologies, State or Federal Policies or more. Sessions that have a reduction focus will be given special preference. Sessions should be between 1-2 hours in length. Please note if your session is PE credit eligible.

Each submission should include: a Session Title, description, Moderator, Speakers name, title, affiliation and bio. Selected speakers will receive *discounted* day of Registration. Submissions will be accepted until June 16th.

The NYSAR3 Annual Conference attracts over 200 registrants from a wide variety of Sustainable Materials Management industries. For more than thirty years, we've been hosting the "Annual Conference & Trade Show". Our conference encompasses recycling, reduction, reuse, composting, deconstruction, EPR (Extended Producer Responsibility), food waste, new technologies, research, textiles and more! We are pleased to continue to provide the level of educational opportunities you have come to expect from us.

This conference is a great opportunity for participants to network with other recycling professionals, decision makers, recycling coordinators, state and business representatives from across New York, our neighboring states, and various recycling associations.
